SHIPPING POLICY

There are two locations that Snatch Magazine orders come from. Most orders are packed and fulfilled by me, Sophia Mitropoulos, in my house! I’m a one-person team so your patience is always appreciated. Apparel items are print on demand to reduce waste and shipped directly to you. For example, if you order an apparel item and a sticker, they will arrive separately.

Orders are sent out on average within 3 days of ordering but can take up to a week or more to arrive at the post office in some instances.

All orders are sent via USPS.

Paper goods are sent First Class to keep shipping costs to a minimum. This means they don’t have a tracking number, but you will receive an email confirmation when it has been dropped at the Post Office.
Estimated First Class shipping:

  • USA: 3-5 business days

  • Canada: 5-10 business days

  • International: 10-20 business days


Delivery Problems

If there are delivery problems with your order, be sure to send me an email to sophia@snatchmagazine.net or DM @snatchmagazine on Instagram to help get it sorted.

Please double check your shipping confirmation and ensure that you entered the correct address. If the address entered was incorrect and the original package was returned to sender, you will be sent a form to correct your address and repay for shipping at your cost.

If you received a shipping confirmation and your address was correctly entered, but it has been over 21 days and your item has still not arrived, please first start by filing a Missing Mail Search with USPS. You do not need a tracking number to file a Missing Mail Search, but you do need a description and sender’s address. Please contact me directly for the sender’s address. Sticker orders are most often sent in a brown kraft envelope with a white label, orders that contain a zine are usually sent in a white flat envelope, also with a white label. Both typically have a circle holographic sticker sealing the flap.


RETURN POLICY

Only apparel that is unwashed and unworn can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return labels will be at the cost of the buyer.
