STORE POLICY

There are two locations that Snatch orders come from.

Most orders are packed and fulfilled by me, Sophia Mitropoulos, in my house! I’m a one-person team so your patience is always appreciated. Apparel items are print on demand to reduce waste and shipped directly to you. For example, if you order a shirt and a printed copy of Snatch Magazine, they will arrive separately.

Orders are sent out on average within 3 days of ordering but can take up to a week or more to arrive at the post office in some instances. All orders are sent via USPS.

Eligibility for Returns

Clothing: Returns are accepted for unworn clothing in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 30 days of purchase.

Paper Products: All paper products (e.g., prints, zines, flyers) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


To initiate a return, please contact me directly by email at sophia@snatchmagazine.net. Include your order number and reason for the return in your message. Once approved, I will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note: do not reach out via Instagram DM for order issues, as I cannot guarantee a timely response there.

delivery problems

Please double-check your shipping confirmation and ensure that you entered the correct address. If the original "ship-to" address is entered incorrectly and the order is returned to sender, you will be sent a form to correct your address and reship the package at your cost.

If you received a shipping confirmation and your address was correctly entered, but it has been over 21 days and your item has still not arrived, please first start by filing a Missing Mail Search with USPS. You do not need a tracking number to file a Missing Mail Search, but you do need a description and sender’s address. Contact me directly for the sender’s address if needed.


Because all products are printed on demand and shipped directly from printers, I cannot facilitate direct exchanges. To exchange an item, you must:

  1. Return the original item for a full refund.

  2. Place a new order for the desired product.

Exchanges


Refunds will be processed once the returned item arrives at my address in its original condition. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please reach out with photos showing the issue so I can address it promptly. Note: Misalignment on risograph prints is part of the unique riso printing process and does not qualify as a defect.


Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
